Cancellation and Returns:
If you wish to cancel an order within 24 hours of receiving the order confirmation, please communicate your decision to us. In case you have already received the goods and no longer want them, you must return the goods. Please be aware that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

The most efficient way to get the desired item is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
